Charlie Webb Charlie is a 23 year old qualified gym instructor and personal training to NVQ Level 3 as well as other national qualifications.

He has been in the industry for over 7 years-he started as a gym instructor then became Manager of the Gym at Loddon Valley Leisure Centre as well as continuing his personal training.

Charlie's main interest and knowledge lies in personal training, as a result has set up Charlie Webb Personal Training. He enjoys challenges in life especially motivating and pushing people to help improve their fitness and reach their own personal goals.

Charlie carries out lively and highly motivating sessions that fit each individuals needs that make him an excellent trainer and goal setter for EVERYONE whether you are young, old, already have a high or low fitness or are training for a specific event/goal.

Charlie has experience in highly motivating and fun classes such as xbiking a unique new group cycling workout, aqua aerobics, boxercise, circuits and express circuits.

One of Charlie's biggest achievement was training a 45 year old lady for 9 weeks with a result of loosing 21 inches off her waist.

In the summer of 2006 Charlie starred in The secret Life of the gym on UK Living which followed a want to be singer that wanted to loose weight to gain the superstar's body.

Charlie's personal fitness favourites are athletics and football, at county standard.

How Charlie Trains

Locations
In and around Lower Earley. Charlie travels further but distance will have to be taken into account if further than 15 miles. Contact Charlie to arrange a fee. Charlie can train you in a number of different environments either by arranging visits to home, local gyms or even a park.
